“Arkansas is an artist’s oasis, an overflowing natural backdrop to pull subject matter from. It is what catches the artists’ eye that makes each work unique. Whether it’s the towering height of our forests, the blazing orange-y reds of our fall foliage, or the innocent and lazy pose of a meadow saffron, I sense each of them. I hope the viewers see what it is in nature that moves me so strongly to create each painting.”
