Anne Amerson

ANNE AMERSON is a nationally/ internationally exhibited collage artist with work in the permanent collections of artist books @ MoMA, NYC and National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington DC. Career includes award winning memberships in National and International Collage Societies, International Society of Experimental Artists; former participant in Art-O-Mat sculptural installation with miniature Books-as-Art featured @ Whitney Museum of  American Art, NYC ; Chicago Cultural Center; Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento; Museum of Contemporary Art, Miami; Southwest School of Art, San Antonio.

Founder (1990) Art Ranch of Texas (ART) an international arts project. Laureate, Helene Wurlitzer Foundation of New Mexico, Taos.

Served multiple terms, Board of Trustees Amarillo Museum of Art (AMoA) and AMoA Alliance

Steering committee: Hungers 1990, juried traveling exhibition @ Square House Museum in Panhandle, TX. (Event won Best Museum State of Texas). Co-chair: Amarillo International Art Stampede (AMoA)

Subject of numerous features in Texas magazines and newspapers.
